founding.fan is an independent fan initiative. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the NBA or any team.

• What we collect: your first name and email address. That's it.
• Why: to send you updates about founding.fan and to deliver your Founding Draft card.
• Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
• Sharing: we never sell, rent, or share your data. We use Supabase (database) and Resend (email) as service providers to operate founding.fan.
• Retention: we keep your data until you ask us to delete it.
• Your rights: access, correct, delete, or unsubscribe anytime by emailing onestack@proton.me. EU/UK users have GDPR rights; California users have CCPA rights.
• Tracking: we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
